Last month I broke the bottles of couple of my nail-enamels. I dropped my kit and well rest is history and one of them was my super favorite and most wearable natural shade. Sad, I know. I had Rs 500 GV and while payment my transaction failed due to some reason (Rains and winds results in power cut) , then immediately I got a call from Jabong.com Customer care team informing that because of the transaction failure my order is not complete and they would be happy to help me in placing the order, since I used 500/- Gv, they were even ready to waver off that amount. I was very grateful but a bit unsure about my shopping or should I say confused. (C’mon a girl can never be sure what she wants to buy, and when she buys it, she till contemplates if that color is better, would that shade make her look more pretty) So I just wanted to double sure myself that I am buying the right shades and since that Gift voucher was of one time use only, they reissued me the same voucher within 48 hours and I placed the order and delivery time was given.. I guess 6 days or so but I received my package in 2 days including the day I ordered. Yup it was that quick. Even the delivery boy open the parcel in front of me to make sure everything inside was fine so that if in case something in broken then I wouldn’t have to hassle with registering complaints and all. 

The outer polythene had inner lining of bubble polythene, and then there was a cardboard box and then inside all the products were packed in bubble polythene again and some air bags were there to fill the space. They triple sure the safety of the product.
